It is total misconception, because bread, contrary to the commonly accepted opinion, helps in the reduction of weight and the restoration of a good body shape.

Salt is one of the oldest and most ubiquitous of food seasonings, and salting is an important method of food preservation.

Whole grain rye flour is not as rich in vegetable fibres which are very health beneficial, compared to whole grain wheat flour. In the same time rye bread has higher acidity. It is not recommended for people with increased gastric acidity. Rye bread is completely excluded from the menu of people with ulcer, people with liver problems and gallic troubles. It is also not recommended for people practicing heavy physical labour. In fact it is desirable to be consumed once a week.

The delusion for arteficial chemistry is a leftover from the days of the early democracy in Bulgaria (90s of XX), when the pioneer bakeries were selling fluffy white bread, colored with malt flour as “brown bread”. If you want to be healthy consume bread daily. There is no harmful bread. There is only wrong nutrition. Eat all kinds of bread for better and healtier nutrition.
